Adhesives and Tapes

3M Primer 94 / 3M™ Tape Primer 94 can be used to promote adhesion of 3M tapes to surfaces such polythene, polypropylene, ABS, PET?PBT blends, concrete, wood, glass metal and printed metal surfaces.

1. Promotes adhesion to polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, PET/PBT blends and other on difficult to stick to substrates
2. Commonly used for increasing adhesion of film and vinyl graphics in automotive detailing
3. Can be applied with brush or swab for small areas and a pressurized flow gun for larger areas
4. Dries to a clear finish

3M Acrylic Adhesive 467- 3M high performance Acrylic Adhesive 200MP is a popular choice in industrial joining applications. It provides outstanding adhesion to metal and high surface energy plastics. This adhesive provides some initial responsibility for placement accuracy when bonding to plastics. It also performs well after exposure to humidity and hot/ cold cycles

1. 2 mil nominal adhesive tape delivers exceptional shear strength for metals and HSE plastics
2. Provides very high resistance to solvents and humidity
3. Special PCK layflat liner for increased dimensional stability in high humidity storage, processing, shipping and application conditions
4. 4.2 mil PCK layflat liner virtually eliminates curling, buckling and rippling

3M PU Adhesive 560- 3M™ Polyurethane Adhesive Sealants are one component, moisture curing products which form permanently elastic bonds. Bonds to a wide variety of materials including plastics, FRP, SMC, aluminum, steel, coated metal, and wood.

1. High strength bonding to replace mechanical fasteners and rivets
2. Permanently elastic to allow joint movement
3. 50-60 minute skin time; paintable, once skin forms
4. Good UV resistance
